Globs Puzzle Privacy Policy

PxlPug ("PxlPug," "we," "us," or "our") provides Globs Puzzle for iOS and Android. This policy explains what information the game may handle and the choices available to you.

Information saved on your device

Globs Puzzle saves game progress and preferences locally on your device. This can include your current and best level, scores, separate Classic and Time mode save slots, settings, and whether the Remove Ads purchase has been recognized. PxlPug does not receive this locally stored information through the game. You can remove it by deleting the app or clearing its app data, subject to your device platform's behavior.

Advertising

The game is designed to support banner ads on menu screens, limited interstitial ads after levels, and optional rewarded ads that can provide an in-game revive. Advertising is provided through Unity LevelPlay. Advertising may be disabled in a particular release or configuration.

When advertising services are enabled, Unity LevelPlay and participating advertising partners may automatically process information such as:

– Advertising or app-scoped device identifiers, where permitted by your device settings and applicable law – IP address and approximate location inferred from it – Device and technical information, including device model, operating system, language, connection type, app version, and similar diagnostics – Ad delivery and interaction information, such as whether an ad was displayed, viewed, or selected

These providers may use the information to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising and, where you have permitted it, to personalize ads. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies. Privacy choices for ads

On iOS, the game will use Apple's App Tracking Transparency process before requesting permission to track across other companies' apps or websites. You may deny that request or later change the permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

On Android, you can manage advertising privacy controls in your device's Google settings. Available controls vary by Android version and region.

Where required, the game may also request consent or provide a privacy choice before personalized advertising is used. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads. Rewarded ads are optional to watch.

In-app purchase

Globs Puzzle may offer a non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. Apple or Google processes the transaction under the store account you use. PxlPug does not receive your full payment-card details. The app and store services may exchange a product identifier, purchase status, and transaction or receipt information needed to complete and restore the purchase. Apple and Google handle that information under their own privacy policies.

Accounts and social features

Globs Puzzle does not require a PxlPug account and does not include chat, user-generated content, or direct social-network posting. The current remastered game does not send your local scores or progress to PxlPug servers.

Children's privacy

Globs Puzzle is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the game. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete it.

How information is used and shared

PxlPug does not sell personal information collected directly through Globs Puzzle. When third-party advertising or store services are enabled, those providers process information for the purposes described above and may share it with their service providers and partners as explained in their policies. Some advertising disclosures may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain privacy laws; applicable device, consent, and provider controls are described above.

Retention and security

Local progress remains on your device until it is deleted, cleared, or replaced. Third-party providers determine retention for information they process under their own policies. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and services involved, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

International processing

Third-party advertising and app-store providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Their privacy policies describe the safeguards and legal bases they use where required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing. Because PxlPug does not receive locally stored game progress, we generally cannot retrieve it from your device. For information handled by Unity LevelPlay, Apple, Google, or an advertising partner, submit a request through that provider's privacy process. You may contact us for help identifying the appropriate service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
